Through our fundraising efforts and your generous donations we continue to support the ongoing needs for seniors throughout Medina County. Without the Medina County Senior & Adult Foundation, these additional projects and programs would not have funding. We have ongoing tech training – both classes and one-on-one sessions for adults who want to learn more about the technology they use everyday. We fund the Medina Personal Care Pantry in supplying our Home Delivered Meal Clients with items that they utilize every day. In 2025 we were able to totally renovate the Cetner Craft Room with new cabinetry, a new sink base and pull down electrical outlets to avoid the trip hazard of extension cords. In 2026, the old picnic pavilion was razed and a new, more permanent structure was put into place. In Medina County this year, seniors faced cuts to their Farmer’s Market vouchers, so in cooperation with Main Street Medina, MCSAF provided 250 voucher packets for seniors to obtain fresh produce all summer. We also continue to fund the Aging in Place program for clients of MCSAS in cooperation with Habitat for Humanity. Through foundation fund raising, seniors’ needs are better met to remain independent in Medina County.
